Matthew C. Duda, Director Learning and Development
Matthew is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the design, production, implementation and client support of all elearning programs. Matthew has more than twenty years of experience in instructional design and training, from the early days of personal computing to the latest elearning techniques including software simulations and online audio/video production. Prior to joining Kaplan EduNeering, he managed training for The Vitamin Shoppe where he created their online national corporate university which serves thousands of employees. Matthew has been a featured speaker at several elearning conferences, and trained thousands of students in technology, telecommunications, sales and management skills. He has advised Fortune 500 clients on elearning using SCORM/AICC and learning objects, informal learning, social networking, and next-generation video learning.
Susan Foster, Director of Sales Operations
Susan manages the sales and marketing operations for the RedHawk Ethics Solution. The scope of her responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and analysis of all sales and marketing performance matrices for the RedHawk Ethics Solution’s direct and indirect channel businesses. She acts as single point of contact for coordination of marketing initiatives within the sales organization. Susan’s responsibilities also include driving adoption and execution of sales processes and leading long-term initiatives in support of overall business strategy. Prior to joining Kaplan EduNeering, Susan was a Senior Account Manager for the integrated marketing department for Meredith Corporation in New York City. Susan is a graduate of Kean University in New Jersey.
Gary Jaeger, Director of Sales
Gary brings over fifteen years of experience in sales and sales management to Kaplan EduNeering. As Director of Sales, Gary will lead the sales team in the execution of key sales initiatives in support of the overall RedHawk Ethics business strategy. Gary’s recent background includes a successful role as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager with General Electric’s Consumer Finance Division and Product Sales Manager with Automatic Data Processing. Gary has also held the key position of National Channel Manager at Centre Reach, Inc. the original manufacturer of FACSYS fax software. Gary is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
Theodore W. Nunez, Ph.D., Senior Consultant, Ethics & Corporate Compliance
After working as an editor at a small, independent magazine Ted earned a doctorate in ethics from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Ted has taught applied ethics at several colleges and universities in the United States, including Villanova University and Middlebury College. Ted is a member of several professional societies and a frequent presenter at conferences. An award-winning author, Ted has published a number of scholarly articles in the areas of social and environmental ethics. He brings to Kaplan EduNeering an expertise in business ethics as well as a keen interest in risk issues and the stewardship responsibilities of business in meeting the challenges of sustainability.
Joel A. Rogers, Director, Ethics & Corporate Compliance
Joel Rogers has been responsible for the RedHawk Ethics consulting function since 2005. He has traveled extensively speaking on ethics, and has conducted workshops designed to impact organizational culture for large corporations and government agencies. He has also written Corporate Codes of Conduct and Ethics for several major US companies including Chevron, Allstate Insurance, McCormick, and many others. Joel has been the Director of Ethics Training & Education for the City of New York, has served on the Steering Committee of the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws (COGEL), and has consulted to many public agencies including US municipalities and foreign governments. Joel has been named a 2008 “Millstein Rising Star of Corporate Governance” by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management.
Antoinette Taylor, Director of Marketing
Antoinette has held positions in Marketing for over ten years. She directs and oversees the RedHawk Ethics Solution's marketing strategies, communication, and branding. Additionally, Antoinette is editor-in-chief of the monthly client e-newsletter, “Better Ethics. Better Business.”; creates and manages joint marketing campaigns with channel partners; and contributes to the development and management of new products. Prior to joining Kaplan EduNeering, Antoinette held the position of Marketing Specialist at Strategic Energy, one of the largest competitive retail energy providers in the country. In this role, she was responsible for program management; development and implementation of targeted direct mail campaigns; design and copywriting of sales support and marketing materials; and training colleagues on the campaign process. She launched the company’s first product-targeted dimensional direct mail campaign and designed and authored the company’s first internal handbook of products and services. Antoinette is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
